Threading N More is currently seeking a Licensed Laser Hair Removal Technician who is professional, reliable, and passionate about aesthetics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with a valid Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician License and hands-on experience with laser devices.
This is an in-person role. Candidates must be willing to commute to the Richmond location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal and basic skin rejuvenation treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess skin type, hair type, and treatment goals
- Customize laser settings based on client needs and safety protocols
- Provide clear pre- and post-treatment instructions to clients
- Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and professional condition
- Operate and maintain laser equipment (Candela or similar devices preferred)
- Educate clients on treatment plans, packages, and skincare recommendations
- Support retail and service sales to enhance client results and retention
Requirements:
- Current Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician License – Required
- Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License – Preferred
- Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with laser devices
- Comfortable working with different laser platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience or willingness to recommend treatments/products
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
