New Horizons Wellness Center & MediSpa is seeking a Licensed Laser Hair Removal Technician who is professional, reliable, and passionate about aesthetics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be licensed in the state of Texas and have a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience operating laser machines. This is an in-person role, and candidates must be willing to commute to our Spring, TX location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments with precision and professionalism.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care to ensure excellent client results and satisfaction.
- Evaluate each client’s hair type, skin tone, and treatment area to determine the safest and most effective laser settings.
- Operate and maintain the Candela GMAX-PRO and a variety of industry-standard laser devices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment at all times.
- Educate clients on aftercare, skincare products, and treatment packages.
- Assist in selling skincare products and services to enhance results and grow client retention.
Requirements:
- Current Laser Hair Removal License issued by the state of Texas – Required
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with laser devices in a professional setting
- Comfortable operating multiple laser brands
- Experience or training in aesthetics – Preferred
- Sales experience or willingness to recommend treatments and products
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
